About My Clients

I work with couples, family members, and individuals experiencing disconnection, anger, or distress in their intimate relationships. I work with couples who report a breakdown in communication, difficulty repairing broken trust or who are finding their footing again after the transition to parenthood, to name just a few. In my work with individuals, I see adults who had painful childhoods, who had to grow up too soon, or who have experienced a more recent trauma or loss.

My Background and Approach

Couples and families come to me when they find that "what we're doing on our own just isn't enough," or when they "need a third party to help guide the way." Individual clients come to see me because they are ready for a change in their lives but aren't sure where to begin. I will help you explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck as well as the deeper thoughts and feelings underlying your behaviors. Through our work, you will become more adept at freeing yourself from painful cycles and come to experience greater ease and joy in your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a member of the LGBTQ community and understand that identity is complex, multifaceted, and can be fluid or context-dependent. I welcome clients to explore the role of their identities in shaping their experiences.
