My office is a safe space for all kinds of people. I like working with clients adjusting to Life's changes. Are you newly diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, or depression? Are you learning how to adult? Do you want to improve your relationship? I have years of experience working with a variety of people. I enjoy empowering my clients to make positive Life Changes.

I work from a Solution-focused approach so whatever I know that will help you get to your goals is what we will do. I know many coping skills, stress management skills, communication skills, ways to do self-care, and other tools to improve your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in doing things with excellence and I value education. I believe in Human rights and try to advocate for my clients and people in general. For more than 20 years I have been focused on working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and supporting organizations that increase mental health awareness and work in suicide prevention.
