About My Clients
Do you feel tired or confused and you want something to change in your life but you're just not sure how to go about it? Maybe you've been struggling in your relationship with food or obsessive thoughts or your anxiety for such a long time, that you are just worn out. I understand how exhausting that can be and you don't have to do it alone. I specialize in working with people with Eating Disorders, Addiction and anxiety/depression and together we can learn how to put your life back on track.
My Background and Approach
I have been treating people with different issues since 1991 and over the years, specializing in Eating Disorders and Addictions as well as mood disorders. We will different techniques and coping tools to fill up your personal tool box. I believe that the ways you have used to cope and live served you at one time, but now is interfering in your life and you need better ways to cope with life's struggles. My approach is warm and collaborative and I use a variety of interventions as needed to create a path towards relief and healing. We will prioritize your needs and develop a plan for your desired goals. If you or someone has expressed concern for you, it's a good time to become reflective of yourself and your life. I am using video sessions and in person visits and I am happy to speak to you by phone for a brief consultation as well. I look forward to taking this journey towards improvement in your life

I believe each of us has the answers within ourselves and in our work together, my job is to help you discover those answers, some of which you didn’t realize that you already knew. I will support you in helping you achieve what you want in your life, I am not here to convince you of what to do or not do, that is up to you. You always have a choice and I will assist you in finding your voice and your authentic self.
