I have lived experience in the open relationship and polyamory communities since 1988, and I have written articles about polyamory and counseling, as well as trained colleagues in working with polyamorous clients. I have worked with many polyamorous people in individual and relationship therapy over the years.

I have lived experience in the kink and bdsm communities, and I have worked with many clients from these communities throughout the years.

I write letters for gender affirmative surgeries, and I have worked with many transgender and non-binary clients along their transition journeys.

I help people to learn the principles of nonviolent communication so as to be able to respectfully assert to one another, as well as to hear feedback non-defensively.

I work on helping couples to listen and hear one another better, to create compromises, to resolve misunderstandings, and to process old hurts.

I help people to use cognitive behavioral therapy to address a variety of concerns such as anger, depression, anxiety, and social anxiety.
