About My Clients
My practice is particularly focused on helping mothers with newborns and small children because I know, from experience, how important it is for mothers to have a safe space where they can address their fears, achieve their goals, and get support. Of course, I can’t make your little human sleep through the night or help you, finally, pee without an audience. But I can give you the tools to be happy, healthy, and present for your children.

I offer individual therapy and group therapy sessions to help women who are struggling with the demands of motherhood. My goal is to support you in overcoming whatever challenges you’re facing. I will work with you to create a custom plan that fits your needs and helps you achieve your goals. You don’t have to go through this alone. I’m passionate about helping you succeed and am committed to providing you with the tools you need to overcome struggles and reach your goals. My treatment approach starts with building a solid therapeutic relationship. From there, we’ll develop personalized strategies to create meaningful change. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you work through your struggles in a way that fits best for you.
