This focus allows clients to access attention towards the mind-body experience, such as where emotions ( Feeling Energy in motion ) live in the body, how to tune into them, notice them and release them. Mindfulness is also about being able to drop out of our ' monkey minds,' and into other parts of our lived experiences, like our breathwork, our heart space, and our gut intuition.

This part of my practice encourages awareness of change making processes. How do we actually decide to change? Its very interesting and often a multi-step process. Taking action on items that are concerns might be Free Journaling about them, or Tuning into Gratitude within the problem area, or Creating a Release plan. Coaching also involves accountability and choice. I am interested in client's Clarity and Empowerment.

This is the foundation of my training which involves understanding and interpreting mental and emotional processes. A key here is understanding how patterns are formed through early life experiences ( Attachment to caregivers/ family members ) and through our evolving beliefs systems about ourselves in the world. Relationship attachment, Self-identity, Beliefs about meaning of Life, and access to our Emotional lives can all start in this area.

I am committed to this area of work because I believe Body image work is the " final frontier " for women. There are strides in female empowerment, and yet body positivity and body acceptance lags behind. I focus on identifying early messages about a client's body, and her history with illness, sexuality and food. Then understanding how to clear shame is addressed, and developing a new framework for body positivity, self-talk and body awareness is key.

This area begins with thorough assessment of self care practices in place, and the history and nature of the fatigue in overcaring for others. Developing a renewed sense of purpose, boundaries and tuning into forgotten areas of the self are important. Sometimes burnout is the problem, sometimes its an over-reliance on other's approval. This increasingly common area deserves attention and healing.

This can come in many forms especially how we value areas of growth and our resistance or eager acceptance of change. Enacting change is a multi-step model and we can explore this. Social and Emotional muscles are just as important as physical ones. I encourage you to Grow Abundantly !
