We all carry stories. We have strengths, we have challenges, and our lives can be full of contradictions. All of that is okay. I believe that our fullest, messiest, most authentic selves should be celebrated.
It is my goal to build therapeutic relationships that are strength-based, transparent, accountable, and healing. As a therapist, I provide unconditional positive regard for my clients and engage in collaborative problem solving.
I do not hold the answers. Instead, I create space to explore all aspects of your identify, build on your strengths, and gain insight into your experiences. Each therapeutic process is unique and I pull from a range of modalities based on your individual needs, including Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
