About My Clients
My main focuses are children ages 3-18 that have a diagnosis or are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, developmental delays, anger issues, Down Syndrome, or have been diagnosed with ASD. I work closely with my clients and their families on treating their symptoms and helping them problem solve.
My Background and Approach
Hannah received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a concentration in health care. She completed her internship at OSF Hospital in Bloomington. She then began working as an adolescent outreach therapist providing individual, group, and family therapy to children ages five to eighteen. Hannah returned to school and completed a Post Masters Social Work degree with a concentration in schools.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My desire to help people stemmed from losing a sibling at a young age. From that point on, I knew I wanted to be a support system to anyone experiencing a life event that was impacting them in some way. I believe that all people are equal and they deserve to be seen and heard. I understand the changes that happen in life and assist my clients find their new "normal" in life. I volunteer for the Special Olympics, Gift of Hope, and I coach collegiate volleyball. I am a retired college athlete and will forever bleed orange and blue (go Illini!).
