About My Clients

Are you struggling with self-esteem, relationship issues, life changes or a difficult loss? Feeling overwhelmed or wishing for more clarity, ease or connection in your life? We live in a world of distractions and pressures that can make it hard to maintain a sense of balance or remember what we truly value. As a therapist, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can openly explore their experience, resolve challenges, and find deeper healing.

My Background and Approach

I work from a person-centered, collaborative perspective and welcome all parts of your experience, including the vulnerabilities and contradictions that make you a whole person. The main influences I draw from are depth-oriented therapy, mindfulness/somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My background includes doing sand tray and play therapy with children, which deepened my understanding of attachment, childhood trauma, and parenting challenges. It also showed me how play, creativity and authentic relationship can be powerful healing tools.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that we all have access to aliveness and personal power, but going through life’s challenges can lead us to feel cut off from our authentic selves. Therapy is one way to help reconnect with vitality and heal emotional wounds that may be affecting our relationships or keeping us from living fully. This is deep inner work that also considers how social conditioning influences our stories, beliefs and felt experience. As a therapist, I welcome all bodies and orientations in my practice.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
