Whether it's troubling memories from your past that you can't seem to shake, difficulty connecting in relationships, or needing a space to be honest about what you're going through, I'm honored to walk with you as we collaborate to find the best way to work through your challenges. I have experience working with a variety of mental health concerns, but my primary specialities include relationship issues, stress and anxiety, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in approaches to support healing from trauma (EMDR), creating healthier relationships (Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment-based), and reducing stress and anxiety (Mindfulness, ACT). My approach to therapy is integrative; I'll pull from a variety of clinical experiences, trainings, and resources that we can use to help you start to feel better. I believe that it doesn't have to be this way; that healing, and emotional and mental well-being are possible with the right kind of support. That’s why I meet clients from the perspective of “what has happened to lead to these challenges?”
