About My Clients
You're over there wondering "why don't they get me?!" and I'd like to help you move to "wow, they see me!" and more importantly I want to help you get to "phew, NOW I SEE ME." I work with folks to get the love they always wanted within and ask for it in more digestable ways. I too have been through the pendulum of not saying a thing to coming across too prickly with my needs and I love supporting people in their trauma recovery to have a sustainable source of love and tending to their needs.
My Background and Approach
I work to empower you to be your own best friend, lover, and to live the life you want to live. I use scientifically proven strategies as an EMDR Certified psychologist to move you toward your goals and dreams and to recover from any stuck points in your therapy. I want to support you like I do with my clients who walk away feeling happier, less resentful and less anxious. It's pretty amazing stuff and I can't wait to partner with you on the peaceful life you want to live!
