I provide a non-judgemental, empathetic, and supportive environment to explore life's challenges. My aim is to provide a space of safety, genuineness, and compassion to work collaboratively towards the goals you envision for yourself. I believe you are the expert in your own life. I use a strengths-based approach to identify your concerns and create a constructive plan for your healing and forward movement.

I spent many years working in a counseling and shelter program that served domestic violence and human trafficking survivors, so I know how to help clients begin to heal and cope with significant histories of trauma and abuse.

I have experience treating both anxiety disorders and the various ways anxiety shows up in day-to-day living. I take a supportive yet action-based approach to empower my clients to learn how to manage their anxiety, so they can feel better and live a full life going after the things they want.

I am EMDR Certified and have used this type of therapy for several years, many of those years via TeleHealth, so I know how effective this intervention can be virtually.

I have received extensive training in DBT and have been using this type of therapy with my clients for the last 6 years. I utilize DBT strategies with my clients everyday to help them manage intense emotions, learn to better tolerate stressful situations, be more present in their day-to-day lives, and cultivate happier relationships in general.

I see everyday how effectively CBT helps clients transform their lives, relationships, and day-to-day happiness because they feel more in control of their thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Relationships can be some of the most challenging aspects of life. Together using solution-focused therapy and pulling from other relevant modalities, my goal is to assist in lowering conflict and stress and increasing trust and safety.

Being a child has many ups and downs. I work effectively with children and adolescents to help troubleshoot difficulties at home, with friends, and at school.
