My Background and Approach
I have worked in the field for over 6 years with a background in mental illness. I utilize Person- Centered therapy to help you see yourself how others see you. I use Psychoanalytic insight to help you connect current behaviors to past experiences. I use DBT and Mindfulness to help you reach your behavior goals and find yourself.

I enjoy working with others. People are my passion! I am excited to begin working with you. I want to meet as equals, and I hope we can foster a relationship for change. I have a great deal of energy, and excitement, color, vivacity, hope & purpose. I hope to engage with you in meaningful ways to foster positive change.
