My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I work from a psychodynamic, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and Brainspotting approach to get to the root of what's going on so that you can start feeling better faster than traditional talk therapy alone. If you want to deepen your understanding of yourself and have a space that is focused on intentional growth and healing, you're in the right place. In our work together, we will release the pain of the past, build your confidence, and deepen your relationship with yourself and others. My goal is that you will realize your true worth, have space to grow, and be free to live a life where you can be the mom you've always dreamed of being.

Honesty, courage, empathy + vulnerability are my guiding values. Honesty is the foundation for any healthy relationship. This guides my work and how I relate to you. I will always do my best to be open and honest with you to help you in your growth and healing journey. Growth is also courageous work. It sometimes means facing really uncomfortable and painful parts of your past and yourself. I believe courage is an important part of therapeutic work and I do my best to model this in my own journey. Whatever you have been through, there is space for you here. I believe part of therapy is making space for you to be fully seen and heard. You story matters and there is no judgment here. True growth also requires vulnerability. I will never ask a client to do work that I haven’t already done. I value the growth and healing that can come as a result of opening up the deepest most sacred parts of ourselves to another.
