About My Clients
I work primarily with adults and provide individual therapy for a variety of needs, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, anger management and co-occurring disorders. I utilize a variety of evidenced-based practices (psychodynamic, person- centered, mindfulness, strengths-based, existential, humanistic, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral). My style is eclectic and can be adjusted to best fit your needs.
My Background and Approach
Seeking help can be difficult, I get it! I have been through multiple losses, experienced trauma and have learned to cope with my anxiety, all with the help of therapy. Seeking help is a great step toward change, which we all know can be difficult, but the outcome of taking that step is so worth it! After taking steps to make changes in my own life, I have felt freer, a sense of relief. My own experiences have encouraged me to help others even more. No matter what you are going through, what emotions you are feeling, please reach out and take that first step toward change. Even if you think no one wants to listen, that’s when you need to reach out!
