About My Clients
I have provided individual, family, and group therapy services to a diverse population of clients from small rural communities to large cities. I have a great deal of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders as well as severe mental health issues in both residential and outpatient settings.
My Background and Approach
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, client centered, and mindfulness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in taking an integrative approach to the therapy process, understanding that each client and their goals are unique. I approach therapy with a warm demeanor and a goal-directed approach.
