About My Clients
My experience as a school social worker has prepared me to treat a broad range of issues that may be interfering with a child’s ability to reach their full potential. Although I have worked with children of all ages, I specialize in working with elementary and middle school-aged youth who are struggling with anxiety, depression, peer relationships, grief and loss, ADHD, and oppositional behaviors.
My Background and Approach
When working with children, I use an integrative and client-focused approach that incorporates a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet each child's needs. I am trained in Animal Assisted Therapy, EMDR, Play Therapy Techniques, CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, DBT, and Mindfulness Approaches.
