About My Clients

I enjoy working with teens and young adults who struggle with understanding who they are separate from past traumas and anxieties. Often, they know what they want, but the voices of other people overpower them. I enjoy providing teens and young adults with communication role-play, art therapy, and mindfulness to help them build confidence and discover their unique voice.

My Background and Approach

I specialize in trauma-sensitive, creative arts, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness based therapy. We can set aside time to understand your story, focus on your needs, and begin the process of wellness. We will have concentrated sessions that provide the tools to bring about the openness to bring the change that you need.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Life does not guarantee an ‘easy life’, but therapy can help us build the resilience to face the difficult moments. The ultimate goal is to help you identify your unique voice in the world & cultivate close, meaningful relationships that reflect who you are. We will help you identify negative thought patterns and eventually unlearn them to make space for healthy communication and peace.
