About My Clients
Thoughts and emotions are powerful! While some can be inspiring and motivating, others can be defeating and hinder growth and potential. Maybe you've been putting your mental health and wellness on the back burner and are ready for change but don’t know where to start. Unfortunately, many of us weren't given the coping skills we need to deal with in everyday life, much less unexpected events. That's ok, because you are here now and we can start learning to use one tool at a time.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from UTSA with a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. I have 10+ years experience using behavioral modification techniques to help people understand helpful and unhelpful patterns. By identifying behaviors and understanding the purpose they serve, we make sense and invite clarity into the picture. In the process, I like to explore the relationship you have with yourself and how that affects relationships with others. From there, we can work to understand what it would look like and take for you to feel better. My approach is direct, yet warm and inviting to help explore thoughts and behaviors. As well as, ways of life that no longer serve a person. I respect individual differences and therefore, understand the need for an individualized approach. I invite open and honest conversations that lead to genuine change. If you find yourself hoping for more but don’t have the tools to get where you'd like to be, let's talk.
