About My Clients
My ideal areas of client support and guidance are the following: Grief, spiritual abuse, religious trauma, deconstruction of beliefs, faith changes, non religious spiritual formation, spirituality concerns, abuses of power, existential crisis, partner loss, suicide bereavement, pregnancy loss, supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, supporting parents of LGBTQIA+ kids, women’s issues, & healthcare professionals (former Registered Nurse).
My Background and Approach
Hope identifies as the following: Queer, Suicide Survivor, Parent of Neurodivergent Kids, Parent of a Non-binary person, Chronic Illness survivor, Writer & Photographer, Church Survivor & Exvangelical, Identical Twin, Neurodivergent person, Fat person. My undergrad is in Nursing. I have taken additional coursework in Creative Grief Coaching, Non-Religious Spiritual Direction, Religious Trauma, and Suicide Bereavement. I’m a certified Grief Educator. *Future* directions of training include: Relational Skills Trauma Certification, Grief Movement Certification, Somatic Grief/Trauma Skills, and Vibrational Sound Healing. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have my own history of spiritual abuse and religious trauma. I am a widow. I am a pregnancy loss survivor. I am a suicide loss survivor. I am a sexual assault survivor. I consider myself a spiritual & non-religious agnostic person. I believe in Health at Every Size and exist in the world as a plus size person. I live with chronic illnesses. I identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I’m a writer and photographer. Love, kindness, and respect are my highest ideals.
