About My Clients
All my clients are young adults and adults, dealing with issues related to their original family or current family issues. Most of them seek therapy to cope with anxiety, depression, process traumam, and addressing current relationship issues, as well as work related issues. .
My Background and Approach
My specialties are in EMDR and IFS therapy. I’m also comfortable with Somatic Experiencing, CBT, DBT, person-centered, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We live in the world where systematic racism exist. We live in the world where Global warming is worsening at a alarming rate. We live in the world where capitalism creates more poverty, modern slavery, and people are not getting the help they they. In this world, I chose to continue to provide compassion for others, be empathetic, and make space for kindness.
