About My Clients

My ideal clients are athletes, entrepreneurs, health care professionals & those with high-stress/risk careers. Feeling burnt out and overwhelmed? Let me help you find balance, whether you’ve lost it or don’t feel like you’ve ever had it. Are you struggling with performance issues? I can help you perform consistently, navigate injury, an overcome stress-related issues. I also help busy individuals prioritize responsibilities, improve performance, and restore balance in their relationships.

My Background and Approach

I’m a therapist, but you can also call me a Life-Untangler, Performance Expert, & Human Advocate. Sometimes problems are just too big to solve on your own. Ever feel like life is completely out of control, but totally confused because you don't know what to do to fix it? Are you embarrassed to ask for help because you need to "have it all together?" I get it. I've been there before and I can help you figure it out and get back on track. I'll provide the space and tools to overcome your performance issues and restore balance in your life. I am direct, honest, and utilize humor when it's appropriate. I've spent the past 7 years helping people improve performance and restore order in their work and home lives. Education & Training Doctoral: EdD in Sport & Performance Psychology, University of Western States Masters: MA, Sport & Performance Psychology, University of Denver Bachelors: BS, Organizational Behavior, University of Rhode Island

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

For a part of my life I struggled with performance issues, injury, & self doubt. That led to a career I wasn't happy in and relationships I didn't belong in. Through my own therapy I learned to wrangle the productive parts of my internal dialogue and leave the rest behind. I think it's our internal dialogue that - left unchecked - causes dysfunction. Which means I think that your behavior will change once you have a better understanding of the ways you think and speak to yourself. Those closest to me know me as a committed partner, a business owner, and a lover of plants. I am an unapologetic Boston sports fan. My core values are altruism, love, and equality, and I've built my private practice around promoting them. I have ridden a century (100 mi) and raised $$$ for a different charity every year since 2010. I am equal parts extroverted as I am introverted. While I do enjoy spending time in nature, my ideal days off are spent in my backyard with my dogs and my partner.
