About My Clients
If you are starting a new phase in your life, you feel lost, sad or anxious. Maybe you just feel "stuck" and want to figure out a new way of doing things. Perhaps you can't seem to get out of your head and you feel disconnected from everyone around you. If you just had a baby or you just lost someone. If you need help managing your children's behavior or you want to take your life on a different path. All of these are just a few of the many good reasons that bring people into my office.
My Background and Approach
I have over 15 years of experience working with adults and teenagers. I grew up and became and Psychologist in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and later moved to San Francisco so I could be at the hub of all the latest research and findings in Psychology. I completed my training at the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. I developed as a down-to-earth and efficient therapist, who uses scientifically proven approaches, based on the needs and preferences of my clients. I focus on building strong relationships, providing a space where, together, we can assess, develop and implement a plan to get you where you want to be, as quickly as possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a strong believer in the power of human relationship and the effectiveness of psychotherapy. I am passionate about my work and being part, bearing witness to my client's evolution and change.
