Insight Northwest Counseling is a group practice that provides psychiatric medication management, individual counseling, couples therapy, for children and families residing in Oregon. We provide services for people experiencing a wide range of presenting concerns including anxiety, trauma, depression, substance addiction, relational conflict, and more. We provide psychiatric medication management to children and adults, ages 10 and above.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are dedicated to providing counseling and support that focuses on how substance and behavioral addictions impact individuals and families. Most facilities and organizations primarily treat the individual impacted by addiction. At Insight Northwest Counseling we approach the whole family and take into consideration how each family member is impacted. We specialize in assisting families, children, individuals, and couples who are impacted by substance and behavioral addictions. At Insight Northwest Counseling we believe that each family and individual has their own context and story. We approach addiction in a person centered approach. We do not prescribe a one-size-fits-all approach. At Insight Northwest Counseling we utilize harm reduction, abstinence based treatment, mindfulness, and various other modalities.
