My Background and Approach
The difficulties you have lived with do not define you, and there is hope for you to take back your power and live in the freedom of charting your own course. I help individuals identify the triggers, stressors, and underlying blocks that keep them wondering why they can’t overcome difficult emotions. It's my passion to work with people who are struggling with mental health disorders and emotional crises in order to help them adapt and learn the skills to empower themselves and improve their lives.
