About My Clients
Whether you deal with anxiety, panic, trauma, low self-esteem, depression, addiction, phobias, phobias, personality disorders, we specialize in many expertise amongst our team. Our insightful clients often described themselves as lost at first. We serve as young at grade school to 65. Once you contact us you will be individually matched with someone on our team that specializes in your needs and wants. My Background and Approach
Our credentials range from MS plus LMHC or MFT to Ph.D. Don't let education fool you. Empathy can be feigned, but not taught. Our clinicians come from a range of backgrounds, however, each has been through their own issues from codependency, toxic relationships, coming out, low self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, etc. and we have done our homework, so you can do yours. Modalities used include Person-centered Therapy, Psychodrama, Psychodymanic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye-movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR or Bilateral Stimulation - BLS), Strength-based therapy, Experiential therapy, Family Systems, Gestalt Therapy, Solution-Focued Therapy, etc. Most important to you that we use Whatever Works for your Personal Needs!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We believe that meeting the client where they are at is paramount. The client is the expert on their own lives, however, they seek else because like any human we get stuck sometimes and we need one another. This keeps us connected. We believe that the client is the expert because no one really knows everything about, but you. You may not be conscious of all of your needs and wants or why you do what you do, however, through education and therapy, you can be. Our job is to empower you and guide you in uncovering your truths however painful or exciting they may be and then offer you support so you are confident to walk in them. We believe that authenticity is created when you face your fears and process your unresolved issues, while cultivating an environment around and within you that will allow you do this long-term.
