I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families by using theories of CBT, Psychodynamic, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-based modalities to individualize the support that will best help you and your family. I am available for short and long-term treatment methods and utilize evidence-based therapy.
My Background and Approach
I am a strength-based therapist that focuses on helping you identify your innate self-determination, resiliency, and strengths. It is important to me that as we discuss your struggles, negative thought patterns, behaviors and challenges, that you can also identify the strengths that have helped you through difficulties as you seek support at this time. It is so easy to get lost in self-limiting beliefs, feel stuck, and forget our worth at times. If you are struggling with low self-esteem, negative body image, depression, anxiety, or life transitions, I am here to help you build on current strengths and help you develop new skills to support a self-determined, empathetic, and energized step forward.
