About My Clients
Do you wish you knew how to deal with emotions? Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed? Do you feel guilty (ie.: mom guilt) or have trouble saying "no"? I use hypnotherapy and mind-body therapies which provide you with lasting, healing results. Together we will explore the depths of your emotions so you may live your most compassionate life.
My Background and Approach
I will work on your goals and priorities, leading to the life that you want. My education is in Social Work, so I will naturally focus on you and your resources, your relationship with your environment, and community. I am certified in hypnotherapy and believe this technique goes deeper than talk-therapy and allows you to feel immediate changes that you are looking for. You will gain useful tools to cope and heal from sources of pain that may be holding you back from your true, happy self. My approach is warm, friendly, and interactive. I will support you by providing a compassionate, safe space.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that many struggle with managing emotions, behaviors, and navigating relationships because we are not taught how to do so. We are expected to function "normally" or "just be happy", but our comparisons are unrealistic social media posts or our own inner critic gets in the way. I hope my counseling sessions fill you with calmness, inner peace, and mental clarity.
