My patients bring a desire to see themselves maximize their capacity to make decisions, exist authentically in relationships, and remove obstacles to their development. They collaborate in the process by being curious about what they experience and aim to spontaneously discover a clearer sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with a therapeutic approach that uses existential therapy to explore past and current experiences in ways that cultivate safety and comfort. I have undergone training in Trauma Informed Care, EMDR-related trauma recovery techniques, EFT Couples Counseling, DBT, and Humanistic Sandtray with additional certifications in Gottman Couples Counseling Level 1 and as a Sexual Intimacy Educator.

I believe authenticity with empathy creates space that allows healing and self-compassion to exist.
