If you're trying to get from Point A to Point B, but aren't really sure how to make sense of the obstacles in your way or how get past them, I want to work with you. My deepest passion is helping people find their truest and most authentic selves. Some folks have a hard time believing that living authentically is even possible, and others aren't sure what "authentic" even looks like for them. Regardless, I'm here to help you through it.

Trauma leaves an indelible mark on almost every life, but for some of us that mark has a profound impact on our ability to function. I believe each of has the adaptive resources to navigate our trauma story, but those resources aren't always easy to deploy. My work with trauma uses tools like EMDR, mindfulness, and polyvagal theory to help clients clear out the cobwebs of their memory networks so they can use their adaptive resources to cope with the more challenging elements of their stories.

I use a number of techniques for addressing anxiety depending on my clients' preferences and the nature of the issues. I tend to favor neuroscience-informed and mindfulness based approaches that equip clients to develop a deeper, real-time understanding of the elements contributing to their anxiety and the practical tools to address them.
