My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that it sometimes takes two people to fully process a thought. Many of the underlying feelings and thoughts that motivate behaviors can be discovered by talking through it. This it becomes important to think about what we think about. Therapeutic discussion can be had when there is both unconditional positive regard and respect for the other person’s journey. It’s my desire to build a safe space for people and to form healthy relationships with honesty and trust.
