About My Clients
I am passionate about supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth/self-esteem, interpersonal conflict, relationship issues, and life transitions as well as working with adolescents with eating disorders and empowering their parents in supporting them through their recovery. I have experience in working with adolescents and adults.
My Background and Approach
I implement a client-centered, individualized therapy approach. Every client is unique, has their own story, and their own goals of what they want to address in their therapeutic work. I believe it is important to work collaboratively to make sure clients are getting the most out of their therapy. I utilize evidenced-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In supporting adolescents with eating disorders, I utilized Family Based Treatment while also drawing on skills and interventions from Emotion Focused Family Therapy. Parents and caregivers are the agents of change in supporting their child in recovery, and their involvement is essential and important. I aim to support parents and caregivers in regaining their confidence in being able to parent and support their child through recovery. Working with the adolescents individually, I use CBT, ACT, and address body image.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Clients need a place where they can explore their emotions, relationships, beliefs, behavior patterns, etc. in a nonjudgemental and supportive environment. That is what I strive to provide for my clients. Reach out to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to see if I can be helpful in working toward your goals for therapy.
