My work is grounded in a relational and psychodynamic approach, with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and body-mind connection woven throughout. My practice is queer and trans-affirming and informed by anti-racist and anti-oppressive theory.
