I enjoy working with people who are new to therapy. Starting therapy can feel scary for some, and that makes sense, it's a new experience. I want to make the experience a positive one, so let me know if you're new. I also work with people who've had experience with being in therapy, off and on through out their life.
I work with artists, creatives, entrepreneurs and professionals, students and life long learners, and anyone who may be seeking, searching for answers, new ways of living in this phase of their lives. Maybe you notice your own growth, are seeking new challenges, have questions but you're also feeling burnt out, exhausted, fatigued, sad, or anxious.
There are so many ways to heal, and therapy is just one space. But therapy is a sacred space, its your space, to look at, explore, be curious about, be angry at, cry over, and let go of what burdens you, pains you, and may no longer serve you. Its also a space to usher in, to call in, and to bring in the new.
