About My Clients
I welcome individuals of diverse backgrounds struggling with victimization, trauma, career stress, life transitions, and serious mental illnesses. I work with adolescents (12 and up) struggling with serious emotional disturbances, young adults and adults looking for therapy services. Individuals involved in the justice system are also welcome.
My Background and Approach
For the past 8 years, my practice has been focused on helping victims of crime and justice involved individuals. I have special expertise in PTSD, and other difficulties that can emerge following trauma and other stressful life events. I am professionally trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Problem Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (PSB-CBT), & in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing. I utilize a holistic and strengths-based approach and strive to create a safe space where you can express yourself without judgment, explore difficult topics, and make changes to live a more fulfilling life.
