Whether you're feeling lost with where you are in life, struggling to communicate with your partner effectively, or just looking for support through a challenging experience, my goal is to help you by providing encouragement and thoughtful conversations that challenge and empower you.
My Background and Approach
The best compliment I’ve ever had from a client was that they felt a sense of relief walking into my office. No matter how difficult or painful the challenges you are facing, I strive to make therapy with me as comfortable and inviting as possible. Therapy is a joint effort and I always welcome and encourage feedback from clients. You’re in control, so if something isn’t working, let’s change it!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I would describe my therapy style as encouraging and genuine. Therapy can be a challenging process, so I work to help clients acknowledge and utilize their strengths and positive qualities to create changes in their lives. I love exploring relationships with clients, whether that’s romantic, family, or friendships. I also work with clients to explore meaning and values, either as an individual or as a couple. I think it’s always worthwhile to think about what gives your life meaning and where you want your life journey to take you, and therapy is a great space to have those conversations.
