I would describe my therapy style as encouraging and genuine. Therapy can be a challenging process, so I work to help clients acknowledge and utilize their strengths and positive qualities to create changes in their lives. I love exploring relationships with clients, whether that’s romantic, family, or friendships. I also work with clients to explore meaning and values, either as an individual or as a couple. I think it’s always worthwhile to think about what gives your life meaning and where you want your life journey to take you, and therapy is a great space to have those conversations.
