About My Clients
My clients come from all races, sexual and faith orientations, occupations and genders. Our work together may include relationship issues, infidelity and affairs, anxiety, stress, depression, sex therapy, out of control sexual behavior and more. My approach to therapy is authentic, relational, and trust based. I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist who is both comfortable and competent in sex, sexual dysfunction, BDSM and kink.
My Background and Approach
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Narrative Therapy as primary guides to my work. I believe in the power of attachment, our need to be accepted, and in our longing for authentic personal connection with others. I have received advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and am currently working towards the designation of a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist.
Why We Started this Group Practice
Attached Therapy was created to offer individual, couples, relationship, and sex therapy in an effective and compassionate way. Emotional safety and respect are foundational to every relationship that we engage in, and you are encouraged to come as you are.
