About My Clients
My ideal clients are young adults navigating the complexities of queer identity, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. If you're seeking a space of understanding, acceptance, and growth as you explore your identity and tackle life's challenges, we may be a perfect match. Let's journey together towards empowerment and self-discovery.
My Background and Approach
As an MSW and Associate Clinical Social Worker, my journey in mental health is both professional and personal. Specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and queer identity, my approach is informed by a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strengths within the queer and neurodivergent communities. My training has equipped me with a diverse toolkit that I adapt to each individual’s journey, emphasizing empathy, empowerment, and resilience. With every session, my aim is to provide a safe, affirming space where you can explore your identity, overcome challenges, and embrace your truth. My experience not only as a clinician but as a queer gay man myself enriches our work together, fostering a connection rooted in genuine understanding and shared experiences. Let’s collaborate to uncover the strategies and insights that will propel you towards a life of authenticity and fulfillment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Being queer in a heteronormative world is hard. We don't always have role models and we don't always have support. We end up creating our own path and our own families and traditions. This is both terrifying and beautiful. I believe it is a wonderful journey to embark on and one I want to help you in.
