About My Clients

I love working with individuals & couples who are wanting to feel grounded in a sense of happiness and purpose! Perhaps you're experiencing activism burn-out, relationship difficulties, or family stress? Are you Asian or Filipino/x American and wanting support navigating cultural expectations? Maybe you want to love yourself better, or overcome intergenerational family issues? I respect and honor the journey you're on, and value the courage it takes to make this step in working with a therapist!

My Background and Approach

Have you ever thought, "a part of me wants to...or afraid to..."? I welcome ALL the parts of you. I work from a collaborative approach that is social justice & culturally informed. What that looks like is exploring your history, welcoming feedback, and creating a tailored therapy experience centering your wellness plan. During sessions, we may talk about difficult topics, so while therapy may be challenging at times, I hope to create a safe space of that will allow you to feel empowered, motived to engage intentionally, and express emotions authentically.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have worked for over a decade in various high schools, universities/colleges, and non-profits as a therapist, community organizer, or educator. These invaluable experiences taught me that a goal of mental health therapy may be to help build capacity in yourself to help humanity individually & collectively reach liberation.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
