Together, we unearth what matters to you, what your needs are, and celebrate your strengths. I specialize in personal growth and helping adults create lives worth living. My passion is helping adults get their needs met, be it personally, spiritually, or in relationship. I've been passionate about learning and gathering tools from a range of therapeutic methods from DBT to the Gottman Method that can help you feel better, experience more self-love, love others well, and live more skillfully. You don't need to live controlled by worry, stress, depression, perfectionism, and stuck relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person is inherently whole and has wisdom within. I believe that this cannot be broken, only temporarily lost or disconnected from. No matter your mistakes, imperfections, or the losses you've suffered, I believe that there is a way through your current challenges. It's possible to feel more connected to your life, so that it feels more meaningful, intentional, joyful, empowered and peaceful. I value respect, non-judgement and emotional safety. I provide a safe space for you to talk about anything, feel whatever is happening, and share whatever is on your mind. I believe healing involves identifying the shame, voices, beliefs, and events that have hurt us. Together we work to undo the unhelpful conditioning that may have led you to live inauthentically, small, or afraid. I believe that finding wholeheartedness, authenticity, and vulnerability are key. I am honored to help you on this journey back to wholeness.
