About My Clients
I am a sex-positive and trauma-informed therapist who helps people navigate a wide range of complex issues. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about the things that matter to them. Some issues I commonly work with are trauma, sex and sexuality, sexual shame, stigmatized sexual identities, fetishes and kinks, relationship communication, healing from infidelity, consensual non-monogamy, gender expression and identity, and coping with anger, anxiety, and grief.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, practical, research-based, and solution-focused. I am passionate about helping my clients forge an individualized path forward that works best for them. Also, as a cisgender gay man, I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and I work with, support, and affirm all gender and sexual identities and expressions.
