Therapy, to me, is about collaboration. You are an expert on your life and circumstances seeing that you work with them (or around them) everyday. My job is intertwining you needs and goals together so to come to a holistic, helpful solution for the problems you face.
Ultimately, my care aims to lead you to a better place, in your mind and in your life.
We both know your life hasn’t been easy, but it doesn’t have to be this hard. Regardless of where you come from, how old you are, or what religion you practice, my individual therapy practice centers around helping the person at the core of it all.
Conversly, in couples therapy, I utilize the Gottman approach which basically means I use research backed evidence to examine how you and your partner communicate and find the issues that seem to plague your relationship. Together, we will work to learn how to reestablish solidarity and rebuild your connection as a couple.
