About My Clients
I help high achievers embrace their imperfections and live authentically. My clients are exhausted from “pleasing and performing” and are looking to redefine their priorities to create a healthier life balance. The clients who have most benefited from my services appreciate having a safe space to be vulnerable; they are committed to the work and view therapy as a necessary investment to create the life they desire.
My Background and Approach
Simply put, my approach depends on your needs. I work with those who are frustrated by the typical "one size fits all" advice out there and want tailored support. For individuals, I pull from Attachment Theory as well as CBT and Person Centered. I started my own personal crusade toward finding my peace over 7 years ago and have not looked back since. Before then, my perfectionistic habits created a life that was wrought in unhappiness. My self-worth was tied to my income, my GPA, and the number on the scale. This unhealthy view of self began to affect my relationships with others and most importantly, my relationship with myself. I did not like who I was becoming- so I made a choice to rewrite my story and rebuild my self-worth. I began to invest in my peace through therapy. That's what I hope to help my clients do, too.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My peace is my priority and it is to be protected at all costs. My peace allows me to be the best wife, the best mother, the best therapist, the best sister and best friend possible. My peace allows me to wake up each morning and love the woman staring back at me in the mirror. I find great fulfillment in helping others, especially women, begin their journey in healing towards peace.
