My Background and Approach
Jenn utilizes the following approaches in therapy: client-centered, strengths-based approach cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused, family systems, psychodynamic, dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Hypnosis, Grief Recovery, and Rational Emotive Therapy.
