I specialize in individual therapy for relationships, perinatal mental health, and trauma. Together we get down to the root of the problem and bring to the surface the cycles you may be stuck in. I will provide you with tools and strategies along the way to challenge these patterns and move towards your larger goals and the life you want to be living. I want to help you build a relationship with yourself grounded in curiosity, self compassion, and self love.
