About My Clients
Jennie works with family groups with referral from another clinician. She also enjoys seeing couples for couples therapy, especially when referred by another therapist. Jennie accepts new clients with some health insurances including Premera, Regence, and First Choice. She also is able to make private pay agreements. Jennie is able to see clients in Washington State through telehealth.
My Background and Approach
Jennie specializes in anxiety, teenage separation anxiety, social anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, couples therapy, and trauma-related disorders. She also works with survivors of domestic violence. She holds a certification in Child and Adult Trauma and works with clients 13 and older unless in a family therapy setting.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
If you are looking for a therapist with a direct and compassionate approach, Jennie may be a good clinician for you. You will meet and decide if the fit works for you and start working on a plan together right away. Your goals will be to gain understanding, receive/teach psycho-education, identify symptoms and strengths, and get you thinking and feeling in charge of your own. You will check in frequently to make sure you are on the right path.
