About My Clients
I have always wanted to help others feel a little less alone in this world. My goal is to provide a safe space where a person can feel seen, heard, and understood. Becoming closer to our authentic self is what allows people to break generational curses, process trauma, learn life lessons, and heal. My passion is to empower others to begin their journey to discover their authentic self. Personal growth is a lifelong process and it’s never too early or late to start.
My Background and Approach
Jennifer’s works with children, teenagers, young adults, couples, and families. She recently completed a fellowship at the North Dallas Veteran’s Affairs (VA). Her work there focused on Veterans who had co-occurring disorders. Jennifer has clinical experience in substance abuse, depression, anxiety, sleeping disorders, and trauma. Practicing a client-focused approach, she collaboratively develops an individualized treatment plan that will empower each client on their journey of healing.
