People of all backgrounds should be able to get the help they need without fear of microaggressions or further oppression by the therapist. I strive to help people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, races, and body size feel respected with me: I am committed to integrating an understanding of how intersecting oppressions inform your experiences.
My Background and Approach
In therapy, I work to create a supportive space for you to explore and express your thoughts and feelings, even those you may not have realized were there. We will explore how you got to where you are today, identify patterns, build on strengths, and find ways to heal emotional wounds.
