About My Clients
I work collaboratively with my clients, providing a safe and non-judgmental space to explore issues, problem solve, navigate life transitions, develop new and creative coping skills, and strengthen one’s relationship with themselves and with others. I specialize in helping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I also work extensively with artists of all kinds who are experiencing creative blocks or stagnation in their art/creative practices.
My Background and Approach
My approach is integrative and holistic, combining talk therapies and art therapy with mindfulness/body-based practices. All sessions are tailored to the preferences and goals of my clients. Clients can see me for talk therapy and or art therapy. Art therapy is for everyone, not just people who identify as artists or have experience with the visual arts.

I am a patient and compassionate therapist, who values humor and direct communication, dedicated to supporting my clients in their healing process and personal growth, enacting the changes they desire to see within themselves.
