About My Clients
If you are experiencing sadness, worry or wondering, "what is wrong with me?", you deserve to talk with someone who can help you manage those feelings as well as discover what is right with you. I work with men and women age 14 + who are exploring the meaning of their lives and who want to develop healthy ways of managing distress, successfully navigating change and creating opportunity for self-discovery.
My Background and Approach
While integrating your core values with a trauma-informed and strength-based approach, I utilize combinations of therapies to best suit your needs including Psychodynamic theory, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Licensure supervision available.
